Sneha, the Children’s Home started as an ambitious but exciting dream....when Hema conceptualized her vision for the CH, I was definitely awed but at the same time a bit apprehensive as to the feasibility and magnitude of the project, as it was one of a kind. But her excitement was so contagious that I wanted to be part of it. She invited me to visit the CH and needless to say, I just fell in love with the whole idea and the area. It was in the earlier days and there were no children, but the layout, the cottages, the lush, green natural surroundings all spelt a future wonderland for children to grow up in . It was a thriving ground of immense potential...of creating a nurturing, organic, ecologically conscious childhood. And, now the CH is well on it's journey to see Hema's dream come true..she has 6 beautiful munchkins running and playing in the most natural surroundings and experiencing a beautiful way of growing up with unadulterated enthusiasm. I can see many more beautiful things happening here because Hema is not only dynamic but equally tenacious and focused to make her dream bigger and better. I wish her and her team every success and am excited to share this journey with her.
